When life feels overwhelming & you are spinning with choices, take a moment to shift the focus from broad & scattered to narrow & direct.

A walk outdoors can provide lots of practice with this skill.  Zoom in to notice the single leaf on the abundant maple, a daisy in the vast prairie, a bee resting on a petal, or an ant crossing the sidewalk.   Taking time to notice the little details of life creates clarity, a fresh perspective & the feeling that you have hit the reset button back to calm- GIVE it a TRY!
