Check in a little less often
You probably get the urge to check your inbox often, but this week see if you can RESIST and commit to check a little less.
Email can be one more thing that takes up time & keeps us from focusing on our real priorities. Instead of constant checking, schedule 2-3 times in the day when you can sit down at the computer & have a productive work time. The time spent will be more focused & you will be less distracted throughout the day.
