Let it be ok to go at your own pace
Decluttering doesn’t have to be done in one big push or by dedicating hours on end to a project. You can still make changes whether you go fast or slow.
Know yourself. Take into account your energy level, your time commitments, your tendencies and find what works best for you. If you have 20 mins. to dedicate to clearing your papers, closet, or entryway, then let that be enough. Congratulate yourself that you carved out the time, use it wisely, and then start again another day.
